Visual Control

The visual control application was developed in 2007 (in addition to the laser marking system) in order to ensure the conformance of the traceability of parts produced.

The system is connected to the handling robot which segregates the non-conform parts (the conform parts are transferred to a conveying belt).

Technical features:

• 4 visual inspection cameras (4 injected parts followed simultaneously)

• Control of the parts geometry,

• Control of the marking (barcode, datamatrix, etc.).
