The Team
The CALIPLAST team is composed of 35 well-staffed, motivated and united people. Our efforts to keep cohesion in the team were awarded in November 2010 (we were indeed the prize-winner of the “Territorial Innovation prize” in Human Resources for the establishment of a social barometer).
- The team spirit: the objective of CALIPLAST is challenge, like in a sport team everybody plays together and knows his own role. Exchanges and internal communication are the key factors for individual efficiency and business development.
- Dynamism: Two simple examples: the turnover was multiplied by two in 10 years; at the same time we have made efforts on productivity and we have divided by two the share of direct workforce.
- Equity: thanks to the reliable organisation and clear rules, the work atmosphere at CALIPLAST is ideal for the long-term commitment of the team.

Nos efforts pour la cohésion de l'équipe ont été récompensés par deux trophées, en Novembre 2010 (Trophée territoire Innovation Pays de Loire) et en novembre 2012 (Trophées MIDEST).
- L'esprit d'équipe : comme dans le sport, nous gagnons chez CALIPLAST car tout le monde joue "collectif", chacun connait son rôle. L'échange informel et la communication interne permettent à chacun de progresser et à l'entreprise d'être plus performante.
- Le Dynamisme : notre chiffre d'affaires a doublé en 10 ans, en même temps les efforts de productivité ont permis de maintenir les effectifs de main d'oeuvre affectée à la production.
- L'équité : grâce à une organisation fiable et des règles de fonctionnement claires, il règne chez CALIPLAST une ambiance de travail propice à l'engagement de chacun sur le long terme.
